Part-Time Receptionist

Clear Channel Radio has an immediate need for a part time Receptionist. 

Responsibilities include promptly and courteously answering multiple phone lines for The Kat, The Brew, KGOR, KFAB and The Wolf.  Welcoming and assisting on-site visitors; distribution of listener prizes;  ordering office supplies; providing administrative back-up support to all departments with special projects when needed.  
 
Requirements: Ability to multi-task while delivering customer service at the highest level; proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook; general office skills.
