Remember the standing joke about not being able to walk and chew gum at the same time? Lawmakers in Nevada are considering a proposal to make it illegal to walk and text at the same time. WOW. I know there have been a few funny youtube videos on the topic, but to fine people $250 for multi-tasking? It's all in the name of public safety. Read the story here.

I do some fill in work from time to time, but mostly I'm a behind the scenes type of guy. Some how they never changed that nickname to Dave 'the behind the scene's guy" or Dave "the guy who makes us look good." It's always the one you don't want to stick that haunts you for the rest of your life.
