Over the years we've learned that driving under the influence is not limited to driving a car on a public roadway.  We've seen numerous boater arrests on the waterways, we've heard of people riding tractors, from farm to garden, being charged, but this may be the very first case of a guy driving a ZAMBONI. 

Police in Apple Valley. MN were called to an ice rink on reports that the zamboni driver was acting erractic.  Reports show the driver failed field sobriety tests, was arrested, but has yet to be charged.
