This actually went down ast a show back in 2010. It's hard to see everything, but the story is that the drunk guy threw a beer bottle at the stage and hit a woman in the head. When Toby started stalking him, he flipped Toby the bird and called him a few choice names. That's when Toby went after him. The guy tried to shove Toby and pulled the earpiece from his neck. Then Toby pulled him in close for a private conversation...

Moral of the story - Toby will deal with stupid.
